Shipping & Return Policy


1.     Shipping & Delivery

We help you stay in the convenience of your own home while we do the delivery.
For your convenience, you can store multiple delivery addresses in your account. Please make sure your address details are entered fully and accurately.

We shall contact you before making the delivery, and please make sure you are at home (or another adult over 18 years old at the time of the visit.


1.1 Delivery time.

Once you place your order, we will start working on it right away. Shipping and processing times depend on region location. The standard delivery/shipping typically takes between 3-5 days (as for international orders, it may take 2 -3 more days).

We do our best efforts to accommodate your preferred delivery timings and date. Yet, the actual time of delivery may vary due to uncontrollable reasons. We shall contact you at least 60 minutes prior to the scheduled delivery time. The delivery time estimate is based on business days and does not include weekends and holidays.

You will receive the shipping estimates in your Order Confirmation email.


 1.2 Delivery Process.

If there is a change in the delivery address after the invoice is made, you have to contact our Customer Service Center. We do not accept phone instructions due to security reasons.

In case of the absence of the customer at home, the delivery is considered complete if any family member signs the invoice/delivery note by an adult aged 21 years at least.

Products are considered delivered in good condition upon the acceptance of the delivery note and physical inspection of the product by the product recipient. If the recipient refuses to inspect the product, then he will be responsible as no claims for damage or missing parts (if applicable) can be made against us later.

If you are not at the specified delivery location at the agreed delivery time/date, our representative will wait at the address for 30 minutes and try to contact you. If failed to contact us, our representative will depart, and a call will be made again later in the day.

Risk of loss or damage and title to purchased products shall pass to you upon delivery of the products at the provided address (and subject to having received the full payment for the products).

1.3 How much does shipping cost?

We offer free delivery for orders over KD 30 (or its equivalence in other currencies), and orders under KD 30 will be charged between KD 2-4 (depending on your region).

International shipping fees vary by region, and you will be provided with the shipping fee at “payment checkout.”


1.4 Order tracking.

After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. You can track the status of your order in your email.   Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.


2.     Returns & Replacement

 We strongly suggest that you check your Products carefully at the time of delivery. Products purchased can be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days from the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

- Products are in good saleable condition.

- Products have a manufacturing defect

- We have the right to refuse product returns or replacements when they were sold during special promotions and/or discounts.

You may note that refunds made on K-net, Visa/MasterCard may take up to 4-6 weeks. Also, you have the option to accept gift coupons instead of monetary refunds.
